Delete account

You can delete your WELLi account directly from the app.

From the app

1. Open WELLi and go to your Profile.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

If you can't use the app

Write to privacy@arimaslab.com from your account email. We may ask you to verify that the request comes from you.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated immediately. Sessions, consents, reports about Welli AI, family membership and shares are removed. 30 days after your request, all other data, including lab reports and their files, is permanently deleted, except what we must keep by law. Only actions and dates remain in the security operations log, with no reference to you. If you write by email, the 30 days start when we record the request, after verification. To find out where your request stands, or to cancel it before the deadline, write to the same address.
