Terms of service

This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Italian version, the Italian version prevails.

These terms govern the use of the WELLi app, provided by Arimaslab S.r.l., Via Tiburtina Valeria km 68,200, 67061 Carsoli (AQ), Italy, VAT no. 02039300666. By creating an account you accept them.

What WELLi does

WELLi helps you collect your lab reports, review your results over time, keep a diary, manage appointments and share information with your family, if you choose to.

What it doesn't do

WELLi and Welli AI offer information and tools to stay organised. They don't diagnose, don't indicate treatments and don't replace your doctor: talk to your doctor before making decisions about your health.

WELLi is not an emergency service. If you're in immediate danger, call 112 or 118 in Italy, or your local emergency number.

Automatic reading and AI

Report reading can make mistakes: check each result against the original document before saving it. The laboratory report always remains the reference. Welli AI's answers are generated automatically and may contain errors.

Your account

WELLi is intended for adults. You must provide correct data and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for what you upload: upload other people's data only if you have the right to. You can delete your account whenever you want, as explained in Delete account.

Fair use

You may not use WELLi to break the law or infringe the rights of others, to access other people's data without authorisation or to compromise the operation of the service. In these cases we may suspend your account.

Appointments and third-party services

Appointments are provided by the facilities and professionals you choose, who remain responsible for them. The LOOKAT medallion is sold separately and a request for help may not get through, for example without network or Bluetooth: it does not replace 112. Food data comes from Open Food Facts, under the Open Database License, and may be incomplete or incorrect.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it may have interruptions and features may change. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you first. If these terms change substantially, we'll let you know in the app.

Liability

We are liable within the limits set by law. The rights the law grants to consumers remain unaffected.
